I bring over 3 years of experience working at JPMorgan Chase in IT Support and Technology Operations, where I’ve developed hands-on expertise in system troubleshooting, process improvement, and cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced financial environment. Passionate about leveraging business and tech to drive efficient solutions and support operational excellence. I’m a purpose-driven individual who thrives on learning, growing, and making a meaningful impact. Whether through education, cultural experiences, or service, I’m always looking for opportunities that challenge me and allow me to contribute to something greater than myself. My journey began when I spent a year in Germany as an exchange student. Immersing myself in a new culture and learning German not only broadened my worldview but also taught me the value of connection, communication, and adaptability. Later, I had the opportunity to serve a full-time mission, where I deepened my commitment to service, developed leadership skills, and found purpose in helping others. These experiences shaped my global mindset and strengthened my desire to work with intention and integrity.
