I'm looking always for new targets. I'm focusing on details securing best quality of all activities I'm following. and ensuring to be always "fact based". Every obstacle is for me a way to improve myself and to jump to a next level! I love to work in close cooperation with people of different nationality and culture I have strong analytical skills and team building capabilities being also able to lead cross functional teams reporting to different organizations. Personal Information: When I was 17 years old I had a very bad accident when a car hit me on a wall while I was entering my house. Due to the serious injuries, the amputation of my left leg has been necessary to save my life. My life has completely changed and from that day I had to use a special prostheses to walk again. Nevertheless that accident was one of the best thing that happened to me: I'm much stringer person that what I could have been without. After that I started to develop a new prostheses to do athletic (100m sprint and long jump). In 2002 I won the world championship in France in long Jump and 4th in 100 mt. In 2004 I won silver medal in long jump in Paralympic games of Athens in 2008 I participated to Paralympic game of Beijing where I got 4th place in 100 mt race. In 2010 I decided to stop professional athletics activity and started to focus 100% on my job in Wartsila,
