Individuals' personality comes before knowledge competencies: the former can not be modified, differently from the latter. Therefore I like working in a team and feel appreciated when I do a good job and give appreciation as well. My motivation comes out with stimulating and new topics. I love learning what I don't know, and teaching what I have already experienced. Technology has always fascinated me since childhood, but at the dawn of my 30s, I discovered the importance of human relations. My highly detail-oriented and strong attitude toward helping people made me very appreciated by those who had the opportunity to work with me. Hardly ever satisfied with anything, constantly seeking further improvements and alternatives to my results. Oh, by the way, I am an Electronic Engineer currently working in the field of power and analog electronics board design for automotive, testing & measurements, and R&D field!
