About Stefano Padoa

Currently work as a Digital transformation senior specialist in Cassa Depositi e Prestiti, handling digital transformation and innovation projects identifying and developing strategies to optimize business processes and improve performance. My ambition motivated me to practice many sports when I was younger. I have been rowing since the age of 13, even competitively. Sports shape your character, and with my team I developed teamwork and leadership skills. My curiosity has made me travel a lot. In particular, I had the opportunity to participate in two Erasmus programs in Sweden and Germany and to be selected as an exchange student to spend a semester in China. As a result of my travels, I learned a lot about other cultures and developed cultural intelligence. Lastly, I am a dynamic, reliable and goal-oriented person who is always looking for new challenges.
