Senior AeroMechanical Engineer with over two decades of professional experience in both Research & Development and Production settings. Keen focus on quality and high attention to detail design and execution. Primary focus on all electric narrow-track vehicles and eVTOL personal mobility solutions. Designed, tested, and flew UAVs (Unmanned Aerial Vehicles) for over 17 years ranging from 12in+ Switchblade family, DragonEye (US Marine Corps) production ramp up, to 247ft HALE (High Altitude Long Endurance) Solar Electric Helios and Hydrogen electric Global Observer. Work well in small and large teams. Broad range of capability with 22 years of SolidWorks CAD expertise, implemented CAD filing documentation and file storage systems (PDMWorks and Enterprise PDM), CNC (HAAS VF-4) and manual machining and welding, SURFCAM programming for CNC, LabVIEW test instrumentation and composite curing control, composite mold design for propellers, fuselage, wings, launcher, and electric composite motors, intricate double-stack wing folding and mechanism pioneer and design, champion and implementation of all levels of computer systems and servers to support direct engineering priorities (file, email, backup, print, dial-in, VPN, PDM, EPDM, remote deployments). Firm believer in design ownership and execution taking into account the entire system(s) and following through to the finished product. Champion of CAD documentation, Project Data Memos, and detailed procedures to ensure consistency and record of decision paths. Always respectful to all coworkers and available resources.
