Project Director, Project Manager, Project Control Manager and Civil Enginnering with more than 15 years experience in Italy and abroad at leading Companies in the EPC / PMC of huge complex technology and execution Oil & Gas, Industrial Plant and Infrastructure Engineering projects. Key success factors in the role are- Knowledge in the project management processes, in particular the ones related to the project risk analysis in order to respect time schedule and to identify the criticalities- Knowledge of contract management and project management processes for managing Variations Orders and Claims- Ability to work in multicultural contests (Joint Venture and subcontractors) with different internal and external stakeholders- Strong sense of self-motivation and team building, full domain of physiological stress associated with the position, mature approach to manage the priorities- Reilable skill, team building and strong sense of self-motivation, mature approach to manage the priorities. Objectives During the years of my professional experience in the Project Management, I have managed complex projects, specializing and applying the project management processes, managing the project team in the respect of the HSE, quality, budget, schedule, risk analysis, relation with the Client and Stakeholders.
