About Stefano Picelli

I’m an HR Director with 15 years experience in multinational and digital companies where I’ve covered different roles in Business Partnership, Organization & Development, Comp & Ben, M&A and Industrial Relations, both with an HQ view (Artsana, Vodafone Automotive, Italiaonline) and a Local Market one (Rentokil Initial & Vodafone Italy). I also had the opportunity to directly manage different European Countries with their different "rules" and cultures. During the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020-21, in Rentokil, I was the responsible for people health & safety and remote working topics. It was an hard period but I'm very proud of how me and the top management managed to handle this topics guaranted the safety and security for all the employees. Today, in Italiaonline I'm leading the HRBPs team and the Organizational one to assure the Comapany and Businss development. Very business-oriented, every day I work with my team for building the best organization with the right people, supporting my Company to reach its target and always overachieving mine. Team work, integrity and professionalism are my drivers. I’m working in HR because I strongly believe that talent and competences development are essential for each company to face the challenges of the future.
