Le mie esperienze sono tutte maturate all'interno dell'Area Risorse Umane e Organizzazione, dapprima e per circa cinque anni come consulente commerciale presso strutture multinazionali specializzate nella ricerca e selezione di Middle Management, con crescenti responsabilità sia di business sia di gestione risorse, successivamente ed ormai da dieci anni come Specialist HR e Organization presso un contesto decisamente più strutturato come quello bancario. My experiences are gained in Human Resources Area & Organization, and first for about five years as a consultant at commercial structures multinational specializing in research and selection of Middle Management, with increasing responsibilities both business or management resources, and then now than ten years as Specialist HR and Organization at a much more structured as banking. La mia unit è depositaria dell'intero budget immobilianre di gruppo, io nello specifico sono il Cost Manager della Region Sud. For the past three years my skills have developed in the great family of professional organization and cover issues of cost management, my unit is the depositary of the entire budget of the real estate group, I specifically have the cost manager of Region South. Old Specialties: Le precedenti competenze all'interno delle Risorse Umane hanno un particolare focus sulle temetiche come Selezione, Sviluppo e Gestione, Compensation e Politiche Retributive. My responsibilities within the Human Resources have a particular focus on Selection, Development and Management, Compensation Incentive System.
