I am a criminal lawyer from Milan with more than 25 years of professional experience in the field of white collar crimes and corporate crimes. In particular, I am specialized in giving in-court and out-of-court legal assistance to Italian and foreign individuals, as well as companies, in the areas of, inter alia, tax crimes, safety procedures in the workplace, environmental crimes, financial crimes and criminal liability of corporations pursuant to d.lgs. Also, for more than 10 years I have been teaching comparative criminal law at the University of Parma and criminal law at the University of Milan-Bicocca (Accademia della Guardia di Finanza in Bergamo), having previosly obtained a Ph.D. in criminal law and having spent several months doing comparative research activity at the Max-Planck-Institut für ausländisches und internationals Strafrecht, Germany. Thus, I have acquired both a deep knowledge of Italian and comparative criminal law and hands-on-experience in the areas of white collar crimes and corporate crimes.
