About Stefano Rezzani

I have over 20 years of experience in the hospital medical devices field, where I worked with leading companies. I started with sales just after graduating in Biology, and progressed through various roles, until having full responsibility for a Business Unit. In this context I acquired several skills and competencies, personally and through personnel and managers under my direction, scouting for new products to launch, contacting potential suppliers abroad, negotiating distribution contracts, devising marketing and business plans, managing forecasts of sales and purchases, promotional budgets, developing offers also though complex public tenders, coordinating sales force, support and marketing resources. My professional activity spanned over various therapeutic areas, especially interventional cardiology and radiology, as well as electrophysiology, orthopedics and spinal surgery, creating and nurturing relationships with suppliers, medical societies and key opinion leaders, also in an Operating Room environment. I am strongly orientated towards results and innovation, which together with a marked problem solving attitude complete my profile.
