About Stefano Rizza

As a building & construction senior architect and project manager, I manage all stages of project development, from concept design to construction administration and commissioning. I use BIM as main tool to design, to coordinate, and to ensure seamless project delivery. My main role is secure the design and the construction of a project is coordinated with all the client requirements, consultants information and code regulations. Other role involves maintaining efficient relationships with clients, contractors, and suppliers, while overseeing contract deadlines and deliverables. I manage weekly project meetings with clients and team and coordinate the project needs with the consultants. I conduct site surveys, prepare construction drawings, ensure the efficient organization of the project team to meet deadlines with the correct documentation. I develop quantity calculations and cost evaluations. Specialized in industrial engineering projects for aeropspacial industry, I oversee the renovation and new construction of hangars and warehouse with office spaces, ensuring the integration of necessary installations for operational functionality.
