More than thirty years of experience in mission-critical enterprise projects covering roles of SAFe Release Train Engineer, Scrum Master, Delivery Industrialization Manager, Program and Project Manager, Software Architect and Developer in IT industry (Banking, eHealth and Telco). •Since 2022 I'm Italy Agile Hub Leader in order to lead training courses, certifications and coaching for SAFe (SPC, RTE), Scrum and DevOps methodologies. •Since 2018 I'm Country BU Industrial Leader (tools, architectures and methods) and also Capgemini leader of the Capgemini DevOps Global Community and Italian Architect Community.
