Since February 2025, I have been serving as Senior Train Manager with Arsenale S.p.A. for La Dolce Vita Orient Express, a project that celebrates Italian heritage, design, and hospitality. In this role, I lead onboard operations, ensuring the highest standards of service, safety, and guest experience across journeys that showcase the beauty and culture of Italy. My focus is on shaping seamless operations, fostering teamwork, and creating memorable moments that embody the essence of slow luxury travel. Previously, I dedicated nine years to the Venice Simplon-Orient-Express, with the last five as Head of Department for Butler/Steward. Beyond managing guest relations and resolving challenges, I am responsible for upholding service standards, organizing trainings and rosters, preparing trips, reporting on operations, and collaborating closely with railway agents and the General Manager to guarantee smooth operations and unforgettable experiences aboard one of the world’s most iconic luxury trains. My academic background includes degrees in Hospitality & Tourism and Hotel & Resort Management, equipping me with a strong foundation in service management and global tourism dynamics. Fluent in six languages—including my native Italian—I thrive on connecting with guests and colleagues from diverse backgrounds and cultures. Earlier experiences in the travel industry include internships with leading tour operators in Italy, a formative period with Canadream in Canada, and a role in a Rome-based travel agency/tour operator, all of which broadened my perspective and sharpened my expertise in international tourism. Passionate about exploration and cultural exchange, I have traveled to and discovered the traditions of 70 countries across Europe, Asia, Australia, and the Americas. These journeys have not only deepened my appreciation for cultural diversity but also continuously inspire me to deliver authenticity, excellence, and unforgettable guest experiences.
