About Stefano Stracuzzi

Born in Sicily, inspired to the world! After my graduation in 2011, I moved to Paris to learn new skills and to improve my French. I started my journey being part of Disneyland Paris, then I moved to Retail, working for Tommy Hilfiger in "La Vallée Village", where I was one of the best sales performers. After 2 years in Paris, I wanted to realize my dream to live in USA and to become completely fluent in English. This is the reason why I decided to move to Florida for 15 months, living in Orlando and working at Walt Disney World, representing my home country in "Epcot". Once I moved back to Sicily, I began to work for Hermès. This was the beginning of my journey in luxury retail. I used to work in Palermo during wintertime and in Porto Cervo during summertime, taking care of VIPs customers and celebrities, offering them the Maison's excellences. It has represented an amazing experience and gave me all the tools I was looking for to grow up in my career and as a person. In 2017 I was recruited by Louis Vuitton. I spent one year in Palermo and after internal promotions, they offered me to join the LV Florence team, for the re-opening of their beautiful store in Piazza Strozzi, Firenze. In 2020 I focused on my career as a manager, joining Kenzo as a Floor Manager. Due to the pandemic and to internal replenishments, I had the chance to become the Store Manager and to be trained to be at the top. Moving through a new vision, Kenzo decided to close the Florence's Boutique in October, together with other stores of the chain located in Europe. I have faced this situation applying to the Executive Master in Luxury Management at "24ore Business School", to invest again in my education and career and to refine my managerial skills and role. Inspired by the brand strategies and its vision, I joined Antonio Marras in May 2023 for one year. I was in charge of the opening of the store placed in via Strozzi and to let the business and network grow in Florence. In April 2025 I started working in Saint-Tropez ( France ) for Zimmermann as Store Manager of the store for the summer season '25. I am now looking for a new opportunity to keep going with my career and to be more stable.
