Ensure training of newcomers in order to - Operate the AIR LIQUIDE Industrial Gases Networks in Germany, Belgium & in The Netherlands - Insure continuous, reliable and efficient product delivery to customers - Optimise Production Costs - Provide setpoints to production plants - Balance productions in adequation with customers demand Skills from previous experiences: Method development for treatment, recycling of solid waste and by-products. Elaboration of quotations according to customers’ needs. Analysis of issues related to the management of waste or industrial by-product and proposal of technical solutions for the treatment and recovery of these. Planning of tests to satisfy deadlines. Monitoring of projects in partnership with industrial customers. Development of processes (treatment, separation, recycling, …) according to industrial needs. Coordination of laboratory tests: pilot-scale up and support in the industrial implementation of the developed processes Management of Laboratory scientific staff. Management and daily organization of the tests. Responsible for two hundred laboratory equipments (purchase, receipt, commissioning, training, maintenance.). Member of the ISO Committee and the Security Committee (participation and decision).
