About Stefano Verrelli

I have had an extensive professional journey that began with hardware design, where I gained expertise in designing, testing, and debugging electronic boards. After 12 years of success in hardware, I shifted to software for embedded systems. Today, I am an accomplished expert in Embedded System Design. My most notable project was a decade-long tenure from 2010 to 2020. During that time, I contributed to an Embedded Linux project for a widely deployed triple-play (broadband Internet, VoIP, IPTV) gateway. With 30 years of experience and a unique skill set, I am the perfect bridge between hardware and software teams. As a versatile engineer with a broad background in Embedded Systems, I am passionate about this dynamic sector. My adaptive thinking, ability to approach problems from multiple angles, and holistic mindset have been instrumental in finding solutions to complex issues that require interdisciplinary competencies. I am eager to collaborate with ambitious individuals to transform challenges and ideas into innovative solutions, which is a testament to my commitment and dedication to the field. In 2020, I joined Swisscom AG and faced numerous technological challenges in their access network. This experience helped me better understand a telecom provider's needs.
