About Stefanos Michael

I obtained my degree in Mechanical engineering from the National Technological University of Athens in 2010 (5-year course, MSc equivalent). During my studies, I majored in Mechanical Design, attending courses focused on the design and manufacturing of mechanical parts and assemblies. After my studies I worked for a year and a half as a contracted research assistant at the department of Mechanical Engineering at the University of Cyprus. Working at the University boosted my research skills and the ability to find novel solutions to a wide range of problems. I have worked as Engineering project manager for GYNIUS AB developing innovative medical products for the market. While the product has been designed and already in production I have the opportunity to optimize components to increase reliability and productivity. This is a greatly creative experience to follow through from concept to testing and manufacture always under the concept and procedures of good manufacturing. To summarize I have inventive thinking, relative experience to develop and follow through a product from design to manufacture, contact suppliers and follow through projects from concept to completion.
