I have more than 10 years of experience in IT Application Development & Support. Currently, I work as an Application Manager at Combiphar Pharma Company. In my role, I oversee two teams: Helpdesk Support and Application Development Non-SAP. Besides my supervisory duties, I also actively participate in technical activities, providing hands-on support and development when necessary. Within my current position, I focus on various areas (not limited to)- Application development - Process automation - Integration services - Application maintenance - Technology implementation In the early years with the company, I have made significant progress towards several important goals and initiatives, such as - Robotic Process Automation (RPA) to enhance human job capabilities across multiple platforms - Digitalize data flow between multiple distributor which lead to automation report and forecast calculation, at the same time decrease man power load due to manual process - Implemented integrated project management tool, ensuring transparency in resource allocation, workload distribution, and project timelines. Enhanced process monitoring to support a bottom-up approach- Revamped data management, empowering users to initiate changes, follow an efficient approval workflow, and witness automated system updates post-approval, minimizing reliance on emails and eliminating the need for IT helpdesk intervention. Previously, I held roles as a Delivery Manager, Tribe Architect, and Technical Leader at Prudential. I began my career as a Software Developer specializing in Microsoft Technologies at an IT Solution company. I am passionate about leveraging technology to drive business growth and efficiency. With my extensive experience in application development, support, and project management, I am well-equipped to deliver innovative solutions that meet both business and end-user needs.
