As a community builder, I’m a passionate bilingual HR professional with over a decade of experience across diverse industries, including hospitality, entertainment, retail, automotive, and consumer packaged goods. My career is driven by the belief that people are at the heart of every great organization. At Honda Canada, I transformed onboarding and supported organizational development. I further honed my talent acquisition skills at Labatt Breweries and Brainhunter Inc, connecting top talent with the right opportunities. My journey continued at The Coca-Cola Company and Canadian Tire Corporation, where I led bilingual talent acquisition and dealer selection initiatives, respectively. Most recently, as a Bilingual Program Manager at Flextrack Inc, I managed contingent workforce programs, ensuring seamless integration and management of non-employee talent. Beyond daily responsibilities, I thrive on sharing knowledge and building connections. Whether speaking on panels—such as the National Job Fair in Toronto—or collaborating with teams, I foster meaningful conversations about HR and organizational growth. Academically, I hold a Bachelor of Business Administration from York University, specializing in Human Resources Management. I’ve earned certificates in Project Management from the University of Toronto and Labour Law from Osgoode Hall Law School.
