About Steff Hughes
I’m currently a rugby professional coach and player with over 15 years of experience captaining elite teams across different world leagues. My leadership style is built on performance culture, team cohesion, and long-term vision. Alongside my playing and coaching career, I earned a Master’s in Sporting Directorship (1st Class), as well as a level 5 leadership and management course where I focused on learning strategic leadership, organizational dynamics, and talent pathway design. I’ve coached at international U18 level, helping develop elite players in performance environments, and contributed shaping high-performance cultures.
