I’ve developed and implemented automation, system and process transformation that increased sales, plus improved inventory management and the distribution process. I like to build relationships and partnerships. I excel at tackling challenges and using my resourceful problem-solving skills to deliver business solutions and increase sales as well as cut costs. I’ve developed relationships around the global and with Fortune 500 executives, sales leaders, and other stakeholders. I wanted to advance my leadership and management skills to further my knowledge and learn how to apply management principles to real-life business situations. So, I went back to college and completed my MBA in 2018. Executives I’ve worked with have identified me as a results-driven leader and one who will deliver the desired results. My team members have said I lead by example using a hands-on approach. I’m an active listener and I’m always transparent with my team.
