About Steffen Freyenberg

At RGE, I currently advise clients in the public sector, particularly in the area of digitalization. Some of my key areas are - Technical requirements analyses for multi-stakeholder systems - Strategic project alignment - Creation of process maps - Functional-technical conception of systems incl. creation of the corresponding data model During my time at the global management consulting firm Bain & Company, I experienced a diverse work environment as an Associate Consultant. I worked on projects of large German and international companies in various industries. E.G- IT transformation of a major German bank - Financial and organizational restructuring of an asset management holding company - Participation in the development and implementation of the ESG strategy of a telecommunication company My responsibilities included maintaining close client contact, conducting qualitative and quantitative research and analysis, and presenting progress and results to supervisors and clients. Previously, I completed my studies in Management and Technology (TUM BWL) at the Technical University of Munich with an M.Sc. and a grade of 1.5. My specialization was Strategy and Leadership as well as Computer Science in the technical field.
