With over 5 years of experience in Resource management at EY, I’ve built my career supporting large-scale operations through Resource planning, stakeholder collaboration, and strong attention to detail. My journey began at JPMorgan Chase, where I developed a strong foundation in operations, transaction processing, and client service. At EY, I progressed through roles from Retain Administrator to Resource Consultant — gaining hands-on experience in scheduling, forecasting, reporting, and capacity planning across multiple service lines. I worked with tools like Power BI and ProFinda to deliver insights and support decision-making at both team and leadership levels. Currently based in Ontario, I’m pursuing postgraduate education in Administrative Business Management and Leadership Development at Conestoga College. These programs are helping me expand my capabilities within the Canadian business landscape while continuing to grow as a thoughtful, data-informed professional. I'm actively seeking new opportunities where I can contribute to operations, project coordination, or HR support teams — ideally in a role where planning, people, and performance come together.
