Emmy-nominated Broadcast journalist for KHQ NonStop Local News in Spokane, Washington. Former Weekend Morning Anchor & State Capitol reporter for NBC KOMU 8 News in Columbia, Missouri. Graduated from the Missouri School of Journalism, majoring in Broadcast Journalism with an emphasis in TV Reporting and a minor in Political Science. As a reporter, I cover various topics ranging anywhere from politics, local government, crime, feature stories, consumer news, education, to public health, etc. Strong national and international political background from internships in Detroit, Michigan and London, England. Interned for Detroit Mayor Mike Duggan from 2016 through 2018 while a high school student at Detroit Country Day School. While studying abroad in London, I interned for "Westminster Digital" and was part of the Media/Film and Production team that specialized in filming U.K. Parliament. I had the opportunity to gain first-hand international political experience by filming and working with Members of U.K. Parliament. Strong professional music and performing arts background: Opening Act for Regis Philbin (2012), Detroit International Jazz Festival's "Youth-Diva" and "Youth All-Star"(2015), performer in five operas with The Michigan Opera Theatre (2009-2012), and voice actor for "Diligend" commercial in the United Kingdom (2021).
