I manage an account for the largest travel agency in Australia, overseeing global operations. My responsibilities encompass all aspects of ticketing, from daily operations to strategic planning, team leadership, and performance management. I thrive in dynamic environments, efficiently managing operations, developing strategic plans, and consistently achieving targets.
