About Steliyan Stanchev

Alongside studying architecture (Bachelor’s of Science in Architecture and Urban Planning at the University of Stuttgart, Germany and Master’s of Science in Architecture at the University of Aachen, RWTH Aachen, Germany), I have worked in several respected architecture and design companies in four different countries. In the past three years I have worked as a part-time and full-time junior architect in various projects involving multi-family developments, single family homes, religious facilities and commercial developments. I have extensive experience and possess impeccable technical and computer skills, with advanced knowledge of ArchiCAD, Revit, AutoCAD, Rhino, V-Ray, Photoshop, InDesign and other graphics communication programs. I am adept of directing all aspects of design projects, from preparing design presentations and proposals and working with clients to determine needs, to project management and budgeting. I am a motivated self-starter with a strong desire to learn, who has the ability to plan, organize and prioritize work, which gives me the opportunity to pay attention to small details, even when I work under pressure. I am highly organized and work well both individually and within a team. I enjoy taking on new challenges and take pride in my work.
