About Stella Fleming

I am a hardworking, driven student looking for a career. I am most passionate about having a career that benefits the environment and my community. Helping others and the planet has been something that I’ve considered vital for most of my life. I have a passion for learning new skills and I love learning different aspects of the same thing, such as the electrical or mechanical side of a chemical system I’ve been working on. I am a positive employee who tends to focus on the brighter side of things and works to boost the morale of my team members and fellow employees. I am currently pursuing obtaining my Fundamentals of Engineering Certification and obtaining experience working under a licensed engineer in order to obtain my Professional Engineering License later on. I am also in the process of becoming trained and certified in Lean Six Sigma
