I’m Stella, a dedicated educator, Multi-Academy Trust (MAT) Trustee, and Senior Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (ED & I) Consultant. I specialise in advising on ED & I across education, public, and private sectors. With a comprehensive understanding of EDI principles and legislation, I have successfully led programmes, conducted training sessions, and co-ordinated various events to cultivate inclusive environments. With over 15 years of experience as a teacher, Head of Department, and ED & I Lead, I have worked across Primary, Secondary, Further, and Higher Education settings. I am deeply committed to advancing educational outcomes and representation for marginalised groups. As a MAT Trustee, I drive our ED & I and Anti-racism strategy and serve on the Education and Standards Committee. I am unwavering in my commitment to ensuring every child has access to dynamic, inclusive, and aspirational teaching and learning opportunities. As a Senior ED & I Consultant, my expertise spans policy assessment, strategic planning, and performance evaluations, all contributing to driving significant transformative change. I provide tailored advice, consultation, and training to organisations and schools, drawing from my extensive experience as an ED & I Lead within education settings. Passionate about fostering inclusive practices and environments, I organise events, lead engagement sessions, develop policies, and contribute thought leadership pieces.
