About Stella Penso

Commercial and growth leader with 25+ years of experience driving monetization, pricing, and user engagement for digital platforms and D2C ecosystems. I've worked across 30+ global markets — leading revenue strategy, customer growth, and marketing transformation at the intersection of product, brand, and pricing. My track record includes shaping phased pricing portfolios, building and scaling teams in high-growth and compliance-aware environments, and turning marketplace complexity into measurable margin and value. In recent years, I’ve advised multiple SaaS and consumer tech ventures and co-founded a mobility startup tackling urban congestion through AI and dynamic pricing. I thrive in ambiguity — where product, commercial and operational priorities collide — and I’m most effective when bringing structure, traction, and strategic clarity to ambitious, high-velocity environments.
