About Stepan Chatalyan

I'm a Software Engineering Lead & Senior Software Engineer at Phiture, building AI-powered, scalable systems with a passion for clean architecture, collaboration, and meaningful impact.I thrive where technology meets people — leading teams that turn complex ideas into elegant, maintainable solutions. For me, success isn’t only about delivering code; it’s about building strong connections, creating a positive vibe, and empowering people to do their best work.My experience spans data engineering, backend, and full-stack development, blending hands-on technical depth with mentorship, architecture, and long-term sustainability. I love transforming complexity into clarity — defining strategy, refining processes, and crafting systems that last.I believe great engineering grows from craftsmanship, empathy, and curiosity — and that a motivated, connected team is the foundation of any great product.Outside of work, I’m a lifelong learner who loves exploring technology, cooking, and spending time with my family. I’m always open to connecting with others who care about engineering culture, leadership, and product craftsmanship — let’s build great things together.
