Štěpán is the Managing Partner at Meonzi Consulting, a boutique advisory firm focused on banking transformation, enterprise architecture, and digital strategy. With over 25 years of experience in IT consulting and business transformation, he has successfully delivered large-scale change programs across the financial services sector in Central and Eastern Europe. Štěpán has a strong track record in core banking modernization, digital product portfolio simplification, and cross-entity platform unification. His work often spans both business and technology domains, helping banks align their transformation strategy, target architecture, and delivery execution. Prior to founding Meonzi, Štěpán held Partner roles at Deloitte and Client Trusted Advisor at IBM, where he led transformation initiatives for major banks and insurance companies. At Deloitte, he focused on large scale business/IT transformations, and enterprise architecture, and at IBM, he was involved in complex technology modernization programs, including large-scale systems integration and platform rollouts. He currently supports clients on progressive transformation journeys where greenfield development is balanced with risk-controlled transition from legacy platforms.
