As the National Sales, Training & Development Manager at Lorraine Lea, I lead and support a network of over 800 sales consultants across Australia and New Zealand, who offer high-quality and affordable home styling products and services to customers. With a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, I have the credentials and the skills to design and deliver effective training programs and resources that enhance the sales consultants' knowledge, confidence, and performance. I have over 18 years of experience in various sales leadership roles, where I have demonstrated my passion for developing people, elevating their skill set, and helping them realise and achieve their goals. I believe in the power of investing in relationships, earning trust, listening and understanding the needs of the customer, following through on commitments, and personally modelling behaviours that lead to success. My mission is to inspire sales consultants, teams and leaders to grow their network businesses through customer focus, creativity, generosity, empowerment and recognition.
