About Steph Cates

Through my roles as a Project Manager I have developed a strong aptitude for communication. I have been a key point of contact for customers and vendors when leading Data Center build outs and expansions from Vancouver for locations across North America. I’ve worked with teams internally and externally that required excellent communication and attention. Working as a project manager I have overcome all types of delays, impediments, risks to production and even a hurricane. This has made me into the individual that can think outside of the box and quickly come up with solutions to various conflicts. My strength lies within team building and relationships. I believe that working with a team and forging those strong bonds with the people you work with everyday is what breeds great company culture. I love coming into work everyday and guiding the environment into a place where people feel appreciated, valued and at home.
