I work in human-centred design, ethical business development, strategy, change, leadership and performance. I combine design thinking practice with deep knowledge of human behaviour and team dynamics to help organisations and individuals shift the way they work (and their experience of it). I'm a trained and experienced coach, mentor and teacher. I love it and I'm good at it.I have a big soft spot for millennials, geeks, introverts, ambiverts, night owls,'the youth', the neurospicy, and corporate misfits (i.e."my people") as well as for smaller organisations with big hearts and mighty missions. I've spent 15+ years deploying across the Asia-Pacific into unfamiliar contexts and complex challenges, rapidly getting across large volumes of field-specific information and relationships to distill clear, pragmatic insights and recommendations.
