Currently at British Airways where I achieved my Level 3 Business Administrator and Level 4 Improvement Practitioner qualifications whilst on their Business Professional apprenticeship scheme. Whilst here I've been able to use my dynamic and results-driven personality to influence and implement change through strategic problem-solving and strong collaboration. Adept at identifying inefficiencies, analysing processes, and delivering solutions that drive business improvement, I’m a committed team player who thrives in cross-functional environments, leveraging clear communication and stakeholder engagement to achieve shared goals. I bring a proactive mindset and analytical approach to every challenge, consistently contributing to operational excellence and continuous improvement. I'm also a blogger and content creator running two blogs and their associated social media channels. I was named on the Shaw Trust Disability Power 100 list in 2018, and I'm also a world record holder. A bit more on the blogs which I run. One blog (Steph Weller) and related channels work to raise awareness of the need for accessibility and inclusivity in the luxury travel sector and lifestyle. The other is a family and lifestyle blog which I run called Family Of Wanderlusters, focusing on parenting as a disabled parent and being parents who are LGBTQIA+. I’ve been honoured to win various awards for my blogs and related work.
