Stephan Alspeer is a Dutch media and culture leader with over 15 years of experience at the intersection of public media, digital strategy, audience growth, and talent development. As Genre Manager for Entertainment & Culture at NPO (since 2022), he oversees the genre portfolio and drives innovation in programming across linear, online, and on-demand platforms, with a keen focus on new audiences and original creators.
