How I became what I am After 10 years of consulting-experience – starting-off as a market-research Junior Consultant, moving on to a Consultant and then becoming Head of Sales and Marketing in a Management Consultancy – I accomplished an excellent overview with regards to the interaction of different departments as well to internalise the habits of being a service provider. Joining an IT-Service Provider, I broadened my view on those specific IT Services as well as developing and gaining managerial expertise up to C-level. Currently working for a leading global company as Regional Director, full managerial responsibility for the Sales and the Service Organisation as well as full budget and profit & loss responsibility increased my view, professional background and skills and professional skills. Strategic thinking and planning along with personnel responsibility are key pillars of my managerial tasks. These skills require personnel management, committed and target-oriented working together with effective communication and negotiation with all internal departments and all involved third parties. Team spirit, the ability to assert oneself and commitment are main characteristics as well as the ability to create long-lasting relationships to strive and achieve conjoint goals.
