I’ve successfully transformed procurement organizations by implementing digital P2P processes, KPI-based supplier management, and resilient sourcing strategies. My leadership style is rooted in accountability, transparency, and measurable impact. Enabling people has always been central to my leadership approach. During my years as a lecturer and IHK examiner, I gained deep insight into what it takes to foster real ownership: the ability to act autonomously must first be enabled through intentional, empowering leadership. With my freelance consultancy ProMetriX, I support SMEs in professionalizing their procurement functions – offering strategy, digitalization, and measurable results as a sparring partner. As an active member of the BME committees on “Digitalization & AI” and “Sustainability in Procurement,” I contribute to shaping the future of procurement by bridging thought leadership and operational excellence.
