As the Managing Director of Technoly, I lead the software development unit of AERTiCKET Group, one of the largest independent airline ticket wholesalers in Europe. My mission is to provide innovative and reliable software solutions that enable a successful digital transformation for travel agencies and other travel industry players. With almost 20 years of experience in the travel industry, I have a deep understanding of the market dynamics, customer needs, and operational challenges. I leverage my expertise in finance, technology, content sourcing, and process improvement to deliver value-added products and services that enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty. I also possess a strong intercultural competency and an extensive business network in the Spanish-speaking regions of the world, where I have established and grown AERTiCKET Spain as a Managing Director for 6 years. I am fluent in Spanish, German, and English languages. In my spare time, I am a passionate scuba diver, certified as a dive guide and committed to marine conservation. I enjoy exploring the underwater world and sharing my passion with others. I believe that travel is not only a business, but also a way of life and a source of inspiration.
