About Stephan Kindt

My passion is to assist companies to solve market-based challenges in a superior way, create competitive barriers, and generate compelling financial returns. My approach is to build exceptional teams with a well-defined culture, transparent communication, and measured outcomes based on accountability. The first 14 years of my professional career were spent as an intrapreneur with two Fortune 50 companies (Lockheed-Martin, Disney). At Disney, I spearheaded restructuring efforts for a $4.5 billion investment in Europe losing $1 million a day. My last role at Disney was as VP, Marketing / Sales where I launched new brands and expanded distribution to grow annual division revenue from $20 million to $80 million. As a principled person with a high degree of integrity, my career advanced quickly at Lockheed and Disney due to my accomplishments, but also because I performed with a high degree of integrity while avoiding corporate politics. People liked working with me. They trusted me. Working 14 years at The Walt Disney Company and Lockheed-Martin taught me how to effectively work within large, complex organizations. Disney operates in a fast-paced, growth oriented environment where fast-action and out-of-the-box thinking is required to achieve objectives. I’ve continued at that pace since leaving Disney. The next 19 years were spent leveraging knowledge gained at Disney, Lockheed to pursue entrepreneurial initiatives, including acquiring companies, 3 startups and 3 turnarounds. My responsibilities as chairman / president typically included the role of CFO and chief strategy officer.
