I love to bring order to chaos. I create structure, fulfill the customers requirements and keep the internal stakeholders satisfied at the same time. To accomplish this, I focus on key results, gather an amazing team around me and quickly adapt to new situations. I have had the pleasure to manage great projects and even greater people. What I have gained from this experience is that I am good at managing people, projects and customers in various ways- The customer is the center of all that I do- I get comfortable in stressful situations- My gut instinct is mostly right, but I seek data for my decisions. I can lead, grow and align the best projects teams up to 30 people- Communication is key- Winning is good, but with a team it is better- I have the strange habit of liking everyone. I refine, educate and drive myself to become the best version of me- I am eager to learn- Cannot quit until the result is 100%- I focus on making high quality decisions.
