Hi there! I am Stephan, and my passion is building products that customers love and that serve business needs. I bring a diverse background, spanning E-Commerce, Logistics and Public Transport. Starting my career as an app developer, I've transitioned into a seasoned Consultant and Product Manager, adept at navigating complex challenges and delivering impactful solutions. A highlight of my career is initiating, staffing and leading a greenfield project from conceptualization to publishing an MVP in-time. Additional valuable enhancements and international rollout followed, thanks to a multi-faceted palette of product discovery techniques and incorporating insights to delivery on a weekly basis. My journey includes conducting and moderating business planning sessions, both annually and quarterly, elaborated a business case focused on enhancing customer experience and their prospective expectations 5 years from now, and calculated and kick-started a relaunch of an app. 🤫 Currently, I'm working on a further highlight.
