I lead complex transformation programs in mid-sized organizations – from strategic design to successful implementation. After 12 years abroad (Austria, USA), I combine change leadership, PMO excellence, and commercial acumen – from building a franchise business to restructuring an international sales organization and scaling e-commerce operations in start-ups. Currently reporting directly to the CEO of Schäfer Shop Group, I manage a group-wide transformation initiative focused on strengthening structures, processes, and collaboration to ensure long-term performance and organizational agility. My key areas include governance, KPI management, commercial excellence, cross-functional collaboration – and communication that engages people in change. Career highlights: Franchise owner (Sales & Marketing Consulting), Vorwerk (two-year sales transformation project; later Head of Retail & Sales Team), MBA (2019–2022, while building sales and e-commerce functions for start-ups), two years in the USA to complete the MBA.
