In this context, corporate IT is changing from its today’s supportive and operations focused role to a leading business enabler. Mastering heterogeneous service architectures with complex integration scenarios to support composite, non-vulnerable service chains as well as managing lots of specialized external service providers are the new challenges. Fast-pace changes in the business environment required capability of quick adaptation, thus continuous improvements. To get there a cultural change in the IT department and technology transformation projects are required. Together with my colleagues I will support you to succeed this ambitious transformation! My doing is dedicated to excellence, efficiency and execution with honesty, reliability, and transparency. I have acquired solid competencies in managing complex challenges in fast changing and dynamic environments. My distinct social competencies, methodical skills, technical understanding, strong business focus and entrepreneurial approach, leadership of multicultural global teams with highly skilled individuals, consulting and negotiation skills are some of my core competencies. Transformation is all about change management and communication! Understanding your company’s culture, listening and communicate to relevant people with concise messages at all levels in your organization and getting them involved are key success factors I will apply in your project to make the Transformation to be a success. I am proud of one of my last assignments where my team and I was awarded by SAP with the quality award “Lean and Agile” for a CHF 20 Mio. global ERP implementation and transformation project thanks to my highly agile and entrepreneurial approach.
