During this period, he has been directly responsible for acquisition, strategy, site planning, municipal and Ministry of Transportation approvals and overseeing the development of a 20-acre self-storage development project in eastern Ontario. With over a decade of experience in the space, Stephane has an in-depth knowledge of the industry and understands the inner workings of the business/operations. Maple Lane Charitable Foundation Stephane is the co-founder of Maple Lane Charitable Foundation which focuses on improving the lives of Canadian youth. In the past few years Maple Lane has contributed to local libraries and youth lessons. Stephane immigrated to Canada from Port-au-Prince, Haiti as a child and appreciates the opportunity to support youth in need with a focus on developing financial literacy.
