About Stephane Bouju

I am a committed professional, enthusiastic and efficient, deeply convinced that success is mainly the result of human factor, sharing a common vision where everyone can see its contribution and be recognized. Thanks to my different positions : functional, operational, commercial and managerial, I have built a multi skilled experience and a great understanding in services to industry from their conception to their execution. I worked in an international environment, mainly European. In this context, I developed maintenance outsourcing offers in the oil distribution sector and then in other industry sectors. Outsourcing is a complex contractual area of service that most often require takeover of client personnel. I had the leadership of the Europe procurement in our Full Service – Fuel Retail department with important economic and quality stakes. At the beginning of my career, as consultant in management, I had the chance to work with major companies on ambitious and innovative missions combining, for example, product value analysis and cost analysis of the industrial process (Activity Base Costing).
