To begin with, bank activities are quite fun. Doing some business, helping them to realize theirs projects, being a quite part of theirs lives with some many different customers is a special journey. I like challenge, especially if it included curiosity and creativity. I dislike same habits in my job and definitely like changes. My private life with some many countries visited open my mind with different viewspoints and it helps many to understand some customers reactions and also think that a problem can be solve no only by one way and more brains you get with better it is. That’s what I call the team efficiency. Novelty is a good thing in my professional as long as there is a benefit. Pragmatism is one of my professional way of life. Customer is definitely the best thing in retail bank. Meeting and get interest with all those customers make my day. But nowadays customer asks for more, that’s why I move on for a special customer care in my professional bank life.
