With the team of 10 salesmen/specifiers, we deal with a large range of stakehoders outside the company (retailers - direct customers, roofers - final users, architects, engineering offices, etc) aiming at creating the demand beyond our direct customers by proposing global solutions. Inside the company, marketing, R&D, technical services, after sales, HR are daily partners. The budget & results of my region are monthly reported to the Board. I am home-based in the Lyon Region in France and the wideness of the regions I managed makes me very confortable with home office and 2-3 days business trip per week.
