I'm passionate about use cases where technology really transforms the way businesses perform and enable their ambition. The increased volatility and ambiguity of our world leads to real opportunities where I like to be part of. For my entire life I've seen transformation and accelerating pace of change, it's that kind of environment where innovation can thrive for those with vision and/or luck. That gives me energy! I combine talents from several generations to create the interaction which leads to creativity and new ideas. Seeing younger people helping more senior people to speed up the adoption on GenAI, or those more experienced helping youngers to navigate through uncertainties of life is a real booster. What I love most about my job and the experience I got is that I can, and do, learn every single day. Frankly I never understood people who went to their job while not enjoying it.
