About Stephane Miconi

I believe people bring excellence. The world is facing immense challenges: climate, health and safety oblige us to act. Whatever market, sector or company we are in, whatever our performance today, we must reinvent ourselves to exist tomorrow. The status quo doesn't stand a chance in a world where digital ubiquity, « infobesity » and business disintermediation are the new normal. Did you integrate this clearly in your daily routine? Do you lead or undergo the resulting changes? How do you respond to volatility or decide without ambiguity? How do you deliver value with great uncertainty? it all starts with people. That's why human-only traits are extremely valuable. And that’s where I make a difference: a creative soul in an engineer's mind, self-learner, a genuine value's creator, gut-feel intuitive, curious, consistent, tech-savvy, passionate about aviation since my childhood; the fuel which wakes me up every morning to take on life's challenges. So if you hate hearing "it's not my job" or "we've always done like that before" as much as I do, great! We are part of the same journey. So let's connect, grow and build a better future together.
